Villa Giò is a semi-detached house where privacy is guaranteed by a wonderful 14 x 6 meter swimming pool, 1 to 3 meters deep, very private and flanked by a small children's pool. The pool is surrounded by a hedge and a closed gate, with deckchairs and umbrellas available.
Privacy is further ensured thanks to the completely private entrance and the large spaces available. The entire day takes place around the pool, as there is a large veranda with a large table for lunch and sofas. Opposite, there is a fully furnished kitchen, equipped with large windows that offer a view of the pool and the surrounding landscape.
In the semi-detached house next door, renovation work is occasionally underway; however, the daytime living area is entirely in the pool and dining room area, where tranquility is guaranteed. Consequently, in the event of occasional work, the disturbance will be minimal.

Villa Giò is a completely renovated farmhouse, surrounded by lush nature of plants and flowers. It is located a few steps from the center of Cappella Maggiore and only 8 kilometers from the city of Vittorio Veneto, one of the most beautiful historic cities in eastern Veneto.
The strategic position of the farmhouse allows you to easily reach the main cities of Veneto, such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Treviso and of course Venice, in maximum one hour by car. The Dolomites, a World Heritage Site, are only one hour away by car.
