Sehr schönes großes sauberes Anwesen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. 8 Erwachsene (Eltern mit Kindern und Schwiegerkindern und Baby 11 Monate). Super freundliche Vermieter. Eine tolle Woche (waren an der Adria, in Venedig und Umgebung Belluno). Sonst faul am Pool und abends gegrillt. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familientreffen und Großfamilien. Auto ist nötig.

As we are a belgian small group of motorbike fans, we travel to foreign countries looking for nice roads and beautiful countryside. But an important thing is also the house we rent!
In May 2009 we stayed in Patricia's magnificent manor. The house is incrediblely nice to live. Big rooms tastetly decorated, long green garden, swimming pool...
We particulary enjoyed our evenings in the garden, next to the barbecue.
And if any question or problem occurred, don't worry, Patricia lives next door and is always there to help.

Nous avons loué une semaine cette magnifique maison située à Codogné pendant une semaine. Nous étions 2 familles, 10 personnes au total. La maison est spacieuse et confortable, bien distribué avec en RDC 2 chambres et une salle de bain + toilettes, une belle entrée qui mène également au jardin, une cuisine-salle à manger, une arrière cuisine et une buanderie. A l’étage, 3 chambres spacieuses avec 3 salles de bain +3 toilettes. 2 des chambres ont les salles de bain directement attenantes. Enfin, une salon télé-bibliothèque. La maison est meublée avec goût, dans l’esprit brocante !
Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, la saison étant encore trop fraiche (Avril). Mais le jardin est très agréable et nous avons pu prendre nos repas dehors.
La ville de Codogné est petite mais il y a un super marché à 5mn en voiture.
Nous sommes allés 2 fois à Venise en voiture. 45 mn de trajet pour aller se garer au parking de Tronchetto puis prendre le vaporetto. Nous avons visité Trévise (à 30mn de voiture), Udine (1h15 en voiture). Padoue n’est pas trop loin mais on n’a pas eu le temps !
Les hôtes sont charmants, discrets.
Je conseille sans hésiter cette maison. C’est un excellent point de départ pour visiter mais vous pouvez aussi vous y reposez.

Hi Patricia,everything has been very well for us. We had a nice holiday in your house. Even tough it is an old house, everythings went`s well and is absolutely clean, the garden is magnificent and we`re very pleased about the pool. The weather was fine, we didn´t miss anything. Your husband was very friendly. The only thing we didn´t went to work is the TV. But this was not so bad because we are very poor speaking Italian and a week without TV is very relaxed. Thank you for wonderful days. Best wishes from Germany.

Sorry fort he late replay. :) Sometimes 3 weeks just fly by like the 2 weeks we had in Italy for instants. We really loved the stay there both of the houses where great and I speak in behalf oh all the family. :)
We also felt very welcome and cared for by you .You are a great host.
Villa Vedana:
- It is a very nice house and the garden was perfect for the children especially the little fountain there, my daughter loved playing there. The problems with the pool where no problem at all although it was nicer the way it was when it worked properly. So really no big deal that it didn’t work all the time.:)
- We really loved that there was wireless lan .It was really good to organize trips and find out about the train times for Venice for example. Thanks for providing that. I loved to watch the finale game of my basketball online the other night that really made the stay for me even more perfect. So the internet is great and worked well all the time.
- The house was very clean ant the bathrooms where in good shape .there was the little problem at our bathroom with the flush that was leaking, but that was really no problem. Thanks also for the fast and good help there.
- The kitchen was great too Michael our hobby cook was very pleased.
The few negatives:
- We felt that there wasn’t enough big glasses only 4 or so, we where expecting more. Germans like big glasses
- The Fritch is a little to small for 8 adults we couldn’t fit in all the stuff especially all the drinks.
Conclusion:
It was a great holyday which we loved very much and we are also thinking of coming back maybe 2013 if there is enough room for all the baby’s we have by then
Thanks for giving good care of us and providing with this two beautiful unique houses. The rates for the 2 hoses where ok.

"Great familiy vacation"
First impression of the house was extremly good, clean, spacious, very comfortable beds, kitchen fully equiped, the house in general is held in a antique manor house style which was very appealing,nice terrace with BBQ, large lawns and shady trees with a big, safe and well maintained swimming pool at the end of the garden.
The kids had loads of fun running around the entire place wich tired them out every evening (early bedtimes!) Eminities like bakery and a large supermarket all nearby.
