Country House Bonacin

This old farmhouse, beautifully restored to the highest level, will surprise you.
The attention to details, magnificent staircase entrance, immaculate rooms each with private bath, large swimming pool with sun terrace and flowered garden . Everything designed to delight guests.

The Villa is located in the small hamlet of Stabiuzzo, just 3.5 kilometers from Cimadolmo, 30 km from Treviso, 55 km from Venice,  is a  4-bedroom semi-detached house, approximately 180 square meters,  3 floors; the house is completely surrounded by a large garden full of flowers, fruit trees and a vineyard, and this ensures your absolute privacy.

The Villa was inside carefully and individually restored with natural materials. Attractive furnishings, some with antiques. Wood floors in the bedrooms, otherwise typical old cotto floors.
Parking on the property.  Garden of approx. 5,000 m², partly with vineyards and fruits orchards, fully enclosed grounds. A nice pool (about 10 x 5 m in open approx 15.05.-18.09.)is in exclusive use of the guests, with sun loungers and parasols. 2 terraces with archways, partly furnished with furniture and Patio with outdoor grill in the garden.

Ground floor: Large open entrance to the roof deck with dining area. Kitchen (4 burners, microwave, freezer, toaster, electric kettle) with exit to the garden and outside space. Double room with shower / WC. (wheelchairs friendly) Small laundry room with washing machine.
Via internal staircase from the entrance in the 1st Floor: 2 double rooms, each with shower / WC. Bedroom with double bed and single bed, shower and toilet.
Steep stairs to the 2nd Floor (attic, partly) Droop: Large living room with double bed and sitting area (sofa bed), shower / toilet. AIR CONDITIONED.

The owners are two ladies, Giovanna and Edra, who live in an adjoining building which is however completely separate from the villa. Villa guests can therefore enjoy their holiday in complete privacy.

The owners are persons very discreet and reliable. They are available to guests for the upkeep of house and garden, but only if the guests specifically request their intervention.
The owners would never dare to disturb the privacy of clients, but the proximity of the two ladies can be, upon request, a nice opportunity for guests .
Mrs Giovanna will also 'happy to offer you, when you arrive, all suggestions about  guided tours, bike rentals, excellent restaurants and catering service on request.
She will indicate you the best way to reach, in the immediate vicinity of the house,  a small beach along the river Piave equipped with sun loungers and an' open bar, all this at one kilometer away.

The structure of the house for its construction and configuration is suitable for the disabled persons equipped with a wheelchair.
The house is pleasantly livable at ground floor: a large open courtyard, which leads to a' large terrace with wood flooring.
The terrace is accessed by a large glass door to the living room (entrance hall), from where it 'goes into the kitchen and in rooms located on ground floor.
The width of the doors is suitable for the passage of a wheelchair, the bathroom is equipped with grab bars and shower is open and accessible

Oderzo and surroundings

The small Oderzo, with its Roman origins, is located 30 km northeast of Treviso and 55 km northeast of Venice, in the lovely riverside between the Piave and Livenza. Visit to the Duomo, with its slender campanile. Every Wednesday morning, a large market. Be sure to look north you should), the tiny Portobuffolè (9 km, once an important port on the Livenza (later changed to the artificial river), with its beautiful piazza. Every second Sunday of the month is here a big flea market. San Dona di Piave is located 10 km away (from there, good rail connections to Venice and Trieste). Apart from day trips to Venice and Treviso, offering itself to cycling along the Piave and in this still very original interior of the Veneto. Good starting point for visiting one of the many 'Veneto Villas'.

Cimadolmo

The small Cimadolmo is located 12 km west of Oderzo. The place is known for its white asparagus, each year in June there will be a big asparagus. Shops, restaurants and the main facilities at the site. Numerous bike paths, even after Oderzo and Treviso (21 km). On the beaches of Eraclea Mare 48 km.
