The Castle of Serravalle, having three separate apartments of different size, with various gathering spaces, including a very wide garden, offers the ideal location for family reunions and for vacation of a group of friends. Serravalle is half way between Venice and the Dolomites; the Castle is very centrally located for art touring and for outdoor activities, an excellent home base where you can return and relax after a day visiting the art history towns of Veneto (like Treviso, Venice, Padua, Belluno, Asolo …) or after a day of hiking, or biking, or horse riding on the surrounding hills and mountains. |

The Castle
| It is located in the middle of the ancient borough of Serravalle in the town of Vittorio Veneto and is an architectural jewel of the Veneto area with its beautiful square and its Renaissance palazzi. Privately owned since the beginning of the Twentieth Century, the Castello di Serravalle is today available as a privileged and exclusive meeting place. Passing through the massive main gate you arrive into a large garden basking in the shade of old trees, surrounded by ancient embattled walls, a magical place isolating you from the normal world……. In the past, Serravalle was one of the most important towns of the Serenissima Republic of Venice. It was a vital defence point in the route connecting the Venetian hinterland with northern European regions and a bustling centre of commerce and industry (including but not limited to wool, swords, bell founding). The Castello with its wide expanse encircled by walls has always been the nucleus around which the village developed throughout the centuries. Staying at the Castello you will have the incredible sensation of participating to a piece of history. Its location on top of a hill will offer you the opportunity of a 360 degree panorama of the roofs and of the surrounding hills. Add to all this the historical location of the apartments which are placed in the various original towers of the fortress around the garden. And the guests can enjoy the beautiful park surrounded by embattled walls walking or laying for pleasure in the open air on the lawns, under the trees, among the flowers and the roses, or taking the sun in the solarium corner. |

The complex of the Castle can give hospitality up to 8 people and is divided in the following units: |
One apartment for 4 persons
Inside the Castello di Serravalle on the first floor of the Central Tower we offer a large apartment (around 130 sqmt) for four persons. It contains an independent entrance with webcam opening system, a small but well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, gas fires, electric oven, small oven), a small guest bathroom, a large living room with a square dining table for 6/8 people, a well furnished library, a vertical piano, hi-fi system, internet wifi, a sitting area with two very comfortable sofas, the whole thing with quality furnishings..
From the level of the living room going down three steps through a mirrored door we come to the night area: two very comfortable double bedrooms furnished in XVIII century style offering at the same time the best comforts (like independent regulation of central heating, satellite TV, safe) and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower and bidet.
All the windows give onto the large park including the terrace complete of round table and chairs plus a bench to give guests the opportunity of tasting the serenity and peacefulness of the atmosphere of the Castello.

One studio for 2 person
Located on the ground floor of the Central Tower it consists of a living area with kitchen corner, double bedroom and an elegant bathroom with large shower, bidet and cromotherapy. The bedroom has a large sliding door giving onto the garden and satellite TV. The living area is cosy and has a large window towards the park. The kitchen corner is well equipped and organized. Quality decoration throughout in a style mixing modern and period furnishings.

Located on the second floor of the Entrance Tower it is a large double bedroom with bathroom with shower. The quality period furnishings gives to the room a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is completed by modern comforts like satellite TV and frigo-bar.
Directly from the room you can go onto a large terrace surrounded by embattled walls which is exclusive to the room and has a table with four chairs and two sunbed.
